Plenary Indulgences this Easter

Is there a plenary indulgence for this Easter season?

If so, can someone post a link with all the requirements?

I have seen things like “the Pope’s intentions” – what does that mean?

Most Plenary Indulgences require a prayer for the Pope as well as sacramental confession, communion and freedom from all sin and all attachment to sin in addition to performing the actual act.

I know of this one and there may be others.

My understanding is tha ‘prayer for the Pope’ traditionally just means offering an Our Father, Hail Mary and Glory Be for his intentions.

According to the Handbook of Indulgences I see these two plenary indulgences (normal requirements apply):

#17 Adoration of the Cross - devoutly take part in adoration of the cross during the liturgy on Good Friday

#22 - Prayer before a Crucifix - Fridays in Lent, solemnly say this prayer before the cross of a crucified Jesus after Communion at Mass:

Good and gentle Jesus, I kneel before you. I see and I ponder your five wounds. My eyes behold what David prophesied about you: “They have pierced my hands and feet, they have counted all my bones.”

Engrave on me this image of yourself. Fulfill the yearnings of my heart: give me faith, hope, and love, repentance for my sins, and true conversion of life. Amen.
