Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come and Your Will be done on earth, as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Remember, Most Loving Virgin Mary, that never was it known in any age that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help or sought your intercession was abandoned. Inspired with confidence, therefore we fly to you, Virgin of Virgins and our mother. To you do we come and before you we stand, sinful and sorrowful. Do not, mother of The Word Incarnate, despise our prayer but graciously please hear and grant them. Amen.

Dear Jesus, Divine Physician and Healer of the sick, we turn to you in this time of illness. O dearest comforter of the troubled, alleviate Bridget’s worry and sorrow with your gentle love, and grant her the grace and strength to accept this burden. Dear God, we place our worries in your hands. We place our sick under your care and humbly ask that you restore your servant to health again. Above all, grant us the grace to acknowledge your will and know that whatever you do, you do for the love of us. Amen.

the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal Bridget’s mother. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into her body and give her the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

I’m very sorry for your pain and your mother’s suffering. It is so hard for us to understand why suffering is allowed by God. Just trust Him, and unite all suffered with His Son, Jesus. In that way we share part of His suffering to save us. Like Simon of Cyrene, who helped Jesus carry His cross to calvary. Do not fear, God will give you and your mom the graces you are in need of, to have the strength to witness to His great love for us:
