Lublin, Jun. 9, 2008 (CWNews.com) - Dr. Wanda Poltawska, a friend and collaborator of Pope John Paul II (bio - news) who was miraculously cured of cancer through the intervention of Padre Pio, received an honorary doctorate on June 9 from the Catholic University of Lublin, Poland.
