The new statue looks like a strange (Frankenstein meets ghostly spectre?) rendition of the Divine Mercy image with a glaringly obvious lightning rod sticking out of the top of it’s head. I’m glad the new Lux Mundi statue is in keeping with the oddness of the old King of Kings , or touchdown Jesus, statue. I think it’s great artwork.

Yes, there’s only one Jesus. Nothing wrong with having a favorite image (artwork) of Him, though.
