Poll: What time do you like to go to Mass?

Since Sunday is the one day a week I don’t have to get up at 5am, I usually attend a Mass around 11am. That gives me time to read the paper have some coffee & breakfast and become human before I have to see anyone! 😛
I am lucky to have a choice of about 20 Masses within a 20 minute drive that start between 11 & 11:30am.
 
I go to the Saturday vigil mass, because it’s the only one that has confession.
 
I serve at the 6:30pm evening Mass in my parish. I don’t get any choice in when I go.

IF I had a choice I would prefer Mass early in the morning.

My situation is similar. I prefer an early morning Sunday Mass (between 6:00am and 8:00am) but I attend the 10:30am Mass because (1) we don’t have any Masses between 6 and 8, and (2) I’m the sacristan for the 10:30am Mass so I don’t have a choice.
 
I don’t really have a preference. Masses are Saturday at 4:30 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m. I’m a reader who opted only to read at the Saturday evening Mass because there were fewer readers who wanted to do it then. So if I’m scheduled, I go Saturday.

If I’m not scheduled to read, the Mass I attend depends on what else is on my calendar for that weekend. I often work Saturday evening so going to Mass at 4:30 then rushing home to gulp down supper and rush to the Arts Centre (which I did a few days ago when I was the reader) is not conducive to a prayerful Mass, good digestion and/or giving my best at work.

I wish Sunday morning Mass was at 9 but most people are pushing to have it at 11 because they “Can’t easily get children ready to go to Mass at 10 a.m.” I just don’t understand that. There isn’t one family there with more than 3 kids and when my three were small (infant, 2.5 years & 5 yr. old) I was quite able to get them dressed and ready for a 9 a.m. Mass.
 
Saturday evening for me. If I have plans on Saturday and can’t get to Mass that day, then it’s early Sunday morning.
 
I attend the 8:30 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. Mass. I usually work on Saturdays so I can’t make it on Saturday Evening. I feel weird when I attend it because I am not going to Mass on Sunday. But actually I do the best at that time. At the morning Masses I get sleepy.:eek: I need:coffeeread:. 😊😊
 
I prefer 6:30 am Mass on Sunday, but my mom, too old to drive, likes Saturday Evening, so we go Saturday Evening (but I voted early Sunday).
 
Depends on the time of the year lol. If it is Spring or Summer, I like to go on Sunday at 7:30am. During winter I tend to go Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon.
 
My parish offers late Saturday afternoon Mass at 4:30pm and Sunday morning at 11:00am.
Long standing traditions in my family we always go to Sunday morning Mass.
 
Right now, I go to the Saturday evening, by far the best because of work and location issues.

I do miss, though, the Sunday morning Mass I went with my mother growing up, which tended to be the “family Mass” geared toward families.
 
I go to the noon mass on Sunday. It’s nice, because it takes me an hour to walk there, and I still have a very leisurely Sunday morning before mass.
 
My absolute preferred time is 10:30 Sunday morning, but that’s not an option at our parish, so we go at 11:00. When we had an 11:30 mass, I found it was too late and close to lunch.
 
0745 Sunday … first Mass of the day. That way, if hubby and I work both Saturday and Sunday nights, we can still attend Mass and get enough sleep for work. If we’re off, then we get to have breakfast, watch the Sunday morning news shows and have some precious “couple time”.
 
I like to go early in the morning on Sunday. I usually go to the 6 AM Mass in a town near here on Sunday.
