Ok, I just have to check myself here- I am being called “over protective” b/c when my husband handed our 19mo old son a shaving razor (no guard) and encouraged him to “shave” and or shave him I mentioned that might not be a good idea. (I didn’t make a big deal about it, but let dad know my concern).
(DS was not in his lap he was free to run!)
I think it is cute if the kid is 5 and doing fake shaving with capped razor and foam, but just wasn’t too hype on the 19mo old that puts everything in his mouth or runs like lightning with contraband being just handed a razor. But, I am also a mom and tend to be the err on the side of caution type.
