The only link I provided was to the article. (which works) The ones WITHIN the article were provided by CWN.

so…why this message, and why now? Can anyone speculate who this message is intended for? I recall a bit of a kerfuffle around the '04 elections when certain bishops were calling for Catholic politicians in favor of abortion to be excluded from Holy Communion, is that what this message is in reference to, or something more recent?
