Actually, he wrote a complete book on the Holy Eucharist called “God is Near.”

He has publicly led Eucharistic Adoration, which has been broadcast on EWTN at least twice.

His book “God is Near Us” is a series of homilies on the Eucharist. Some of them speak of Eucharistic Adoration.

You might also want to read the homilies that he has preached on both Holy Thursday and the Solemnity of Corpus Christi.

His first Corpus Christi homily was preached in 2005; however, if you go through the years, you will find the homilies for both occasions from 2006 through 2008. Interestingly enough, in June 2008, for the Solemnity of Corpus Christi, he includes the reasons behind his use of the kneeling posture for distributing Holy Communion during the Masses he celebrates.
