Prayers for Pakistan, Haiti, Chile, war torn Africa, victims of crime and violence in Latin America …
… not a single word about the victims of clerical violence and abuse.
I don’t pretend to understand his reasoning… Pope Benedict is too clever a man not to know what he is doing …
… but I seriously just don’t get it.
Why no prayers and acknowledgement for the victims of clerical abuse? And this could include all victims, everywhere… not just of catholic religious… but all victims … as he prayed for all victims of the earthqakes …
