Pope Clement in Philippians 4:3?

Is Pope Clement of Rome the same Clement mentioned in Phillippians 4:3? In *The Faith of the Early Fathers *by Jurgens, it seems to indicate they are not the same yet Eusebius and Origen both claim Clement of Rome to be the Clement in Phil.4:3.
