Pope Francis and the Rich Bishops in Rome

I saw a story a while ago about the rich bishops in Rome taking money from a hospital to furnish their huge suite overlooking the vatican! Certainly not living in the humility of the Pope. Do you know if any prosecution was successful with them? Did the pope crack down on them? Just wondering. Also, when we give to our local Catholic church, does some of that go to Rome? If so, do you still trust it is being used right?!
