The United States Catholic Bishops say that Georgetown University is a Catholic college:

I would believe the declaration of the US Catholic Bishops over the statement of an anonymous internet blogger. I don’t see where you have the authority or the credentials to overrule the US Catholic Bishops in determining whether or not Georgetown University is a Catholic University.
