sfd - bye.samoht’s post 76 was not about only “feelings”. You misrepresented that because he used the word “feel” instead of “think”. His post was about what people think based on what they have observed.

You misunderstand. I don’t care to debate anything with you…only to discredit you. It’s an act of charity towards those who might be influenced by your ramblings. I have consistently quoted Catholic sources and you ignore them only because you don’t need them…you won’t learn from them…because like a good modernist, you rely of vital immanence for your “positions”. Sound doctrine is only of value to you if you happen to agree with it.sfd - bye.
Ah-that applies to the alsoTLM " also.No immunity to you or anyone else. If you totally adhere to the past- you’re in the same boat.Discounting anything that displeases you is not how the church runs. There is no charity in how you speak- correction can be an act of charity but it requires kindness ,and I only see arrogance- there is no ‘love’ in your responses.Just the stuffiness of supposed spiritual superiority.I haven’t seen anything you should feel superior about.Attitudes like yours is what turns people off theTlm not the TLM itself but it’s adherents- if you think your being an ambassador for the cause-believe me your not.“You shall know them by their fruits”. I have yet to see anything ‘edible’ in the fruits that have been brought here to this place.I do see a lot of, bitter sour fruits. Not attractive to people leaning toward the Church or those Catholics leaning toward TLM. If you want to promote your agenda -get a publicity agent, or get a better attitude. And ‘feelings’ are not dirty words- just like love-logic should be the criteria and not love? How about John3:16 or’Jesus wept"- it was not logical for Jesus to weep! He knew he could raise Lazarus or laying one’s life down for one’s friend- none of these are logical- some would say there down right silly. So why do it- love.Doctrine not based on love of God or man is not very sound is it? Why does God what us to be saved?Does He need us- no - He does it out of the Creator for His creature. The sweetness of loving kindness will get you further then bitter herbs-anytime.Because that’s antiquarianism. It was being combated in the 1947 Encyclical on the Sacred Liturgy, Mediator Dei:
