Mother of God, this is so ridiculous especially the comments of Kaninchen. This person does not want to accept that the Catholic church did them any good whatsoever. No matter what you say, try to explain, historical facts given by her own people, she will still ask the same old question…which Jews? That’s all she says. Do we say which 6 million were actually Jews and which were Christian? No we don’t because there is truth to it. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out “which Jews” were saved. Obviously the thousands of Jews from Rome just itself, the Jews from surrounding countries that fled their areas for protection of the Holy See.

Eugenio Zolli knows Pius XII’s efforts AND the Catholic Church in saving Jews from the Nazis. Pius XII set the tone. And those who followed his tone saved many. IMO, this is what should be of focus regarding Pius XII. NOT those who did NOT follow his lead.
