I suspect this means something very specific, but I’ll wait a day or two before committing myself.

I kind of like my sense of security, and it’s the Church that gives me that. I’m not sure I want it challenged. The world is challenging enough and in a such a state of flux that I need the security and steadfastness of the Church.

I’m right there with you. One reason I converted to the Church was because it was built by God on Kepha/rock, and that the Holy Spirit was there to protect it, and that it was the pillar and foundation of truth.

The Church is SUPPOSED to be our security.
