I see on the itinerary for Pope Benedict’s visit to the UK…

…that he is going to be participating in public meetings and such with (Anglican Communion) Archbishop Rowan Williams, who, to put it mildly, does not seem perturbed by the extreme liberal agenda that is ripping the Anglican Communion to shreds, leaving a trail of emotional and spiritual devastation in its wake.
Is the Pope going to be meeting with UK representatives of the Traditional Anglican Communion, or whatever is the UK equivalent of the group whose petitions to Rome resulted in Anglicanorum Coetibus? Is he going to be meeting with other groups of Anglicans, inside or outside of the liberal Canterbury Communion, who subscribe to orthodox Anglicanism? I think it would be helpful if he would make some gesture during his UK visit, especially to those who are crying out to Rome for protection.
Thoughts?
