But it’s a matter of historical fact that Pope Sixtus died before he could promulgate a certain Bible version.

I find the responses interesting and amusing.

All of the Protestants have translated the Holy Bible to meet teir own needs. We could classify them with Pope Sixtus, except they cannot claim infallibility. God bless them in their work. WE all hopefully are claiming Jesus Christ.
I wonder how Christ feels when HE prayed to the Father that we would all be one and He and the Father are one. At the last count there were over 60,000 different religions in the world.
