Does anyone have any information from various Catholic theologians throughout the centuries regarding the Greek word “pornea” properly understood in Scripture?

It shows up several times throughout Scripture including (but not limited to): Matthew 5:32, Romans 1:29-31, 1 Corinthians 5:1, 1 Corinthians 7:2, Galatians 5:19-20, Jude 1:7, Revelation 18:3

I’m looking for anything from the earliest church fathers through current Catholic theologians.

Any addtional insight anyone can bring regarding their own theological research on the subject would be helpful as well.

Also, I’m trying to get a better understanding between the Greek word pornea and moicheia.

Both words are used in Galatians 5:19 and have generally been translated as fornication (pornea) and adultery (moicheia).

I’ve seen pornea in Matthew 5:32 translated as fornication which some people have implied as being the same as adultery, but this seems to not be the case based on Galatians 5:19 separating the two terms. My NAB translation uses “unlawful” to describe pornea in Matthew 5:32.

What do the Catholic theologians think? Do they connect moicheia in their theological understanding of the meaning of pornea? Could there be multiple meanings of pornea throughout the Bible depending on where it is being used?
