I’m not surprised. It reminds of that moment in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid when Sundance discloses his shameful secret, “I can’t swim”.This picture gives me a bit of vertigo
The first time I saw one of these in the Catholic bookstore, I thought it was Jesus asleep in the bottom of the boat during the storm…I really like the Sleeping St. Joseph statues also, that depict him sleeping and having the dreams where the angel tells him important stuff. I was completely unaware of them until last year.
