Non-Catholic marriage are valid. Please see the chart I posted. The above statements are not in line with Church teaching.It would depend on many things. And every situation is unique. But I believe, but don’t quote me, but I am pretty sure that if you are not married in the CC you probally could.
Simply because when you get married in the CC we acknowledge marriage as a Sacrament that cannot be broken, I am not sure you could be held to it in a Non- Catholic marriage because I don’t think it is taught that way. But I am not sure.
