In my city, councilpersons go after the homeless and send the police after them eventually locking them up. Funds were given in the millions to our homeless but many didn’t receive any of the monetary assistance. Word of mouth suggests that 80% of the $$ went into administration fees and 20% went to the homeless in forms of buildings and maintenance. Building which would eventually cry out that they no longer have any funds available for them. Very little to nothing get’s down to our poor and homeless.
They have been known also to threaten those feeding the homeless with tickets and fines so at one time there were lots of help in feeding and clothing them and now there is but only one allowed to feed them which is really nothing that they offer. :tsktsk:

They seem to have hundreds of billions of dollars for Afghanistan, Iraq, Ukraine, Israel but nothing for poor people in America. BTW, I read that a large percentage of the hundreds of billions of dollars sent to Iraq and Afghanistan ends up in the pockets of corrupt officials.
