Not sure exactly what you’re asking here. Any prayer said with God given faith has power to change your heart, mind, and life.

For me, the Rosary is powerful. Also I really enjoy the Little Office of the Blessed Virgin Mary. There was a lot of consolation when I first started the Little Office. I’m hoping to be able to persevere with it. Join those prayers with a Morning Offering, three Hail Marys (morning and evening), the Angelus three times per day, and at least an Act of Contrition at night and you’re good to go, imho.

If you are referring to a prayer which has had a directly observable affect, then it is most certainly the Novena to the Divine Infant of Prague (to my complete and utter surprise, although I shouldn’t have been so surprised). The answer to my Novena was immediate, startling, and miraculous. I’m still a little shocked, honestly. And very, very grateful. I really wasn’t expecting it to be answered, but it was. Thank God.

Also, I’ve had an immediate and surprising answer to a Novena to Our Lady of Sorrows, for which I’m also grateful.

Pray for truly good things, and I think you’ll always get what you want.

Any prayer said coming form the heart, with true sincerity, love and faith, and the prayer said in total surrender to God’s divine will and providence.

I find the Divine Mercy chaplet, the Chaplet to the Holy Wounds and the Rosary as my favorites.

Any prayer said with love and devotion and with all your heart is powerful.
God hears all our prayers. The more we pray the closer we become with him.
He wants us to come to him with our whole heart and soul. Prayer from your
HEART is very powerful.
