You could practice outside the church. Remember where I live it is 20 degrees right now with wind that probably takes it down to where it feel like 10 degrees out (fahrenheit).
San Diego is much warmer than that… we’d love to feel even 65 degrees right now. Practice out beside the church or something.
The singing wouldn’t bother me though, I can focus on my prayer.
But at my parish we have Matins before our main service, the Divine Liturgy. The priest starts praying about 8:30 am, Matins starts at 9 am, liturgy starts at 10 am (matins flows right into the liturgy). the Liturgy is done about 11:45 am. Then after Liturgy the prayers of thanksgiving are read. If you received communion you are supposed to stay and listen to the short prayer service.
