Praise and Worship speakers on EWTN?

What is a Praise and Worship speaker? I was listening to EWTN while doing chores at home. I caught the words “praise and worship speakers.” I stopped for a moment to listen more intently to an interview of a gospel singer, but never heard more about “praise and worship speakers.” Can someone please explain what a praise and worship speaker is in context to the catholic faith?
 
I would tend to think it is someone gifted with the Charismatic gifts of preaching, tongues, healing, evangelism, etc.

Thanks for the reply. I did access the link to the Catholic Warriors of Worship and read the short bios of the speakers. This is something that is very new to me and I will have to read more about what praise and worship means outside of mass.
