Pray for a Friend Encountering Hardship on the Path to His Vocation

My friend has been discerning and has come to believe that he is being called to the priesthood. However, he is encountering some strong resistance from certain members in his family. Please pray for him, and those in his family who are discouraging his calling.

in your plan for our salvation you provide shepards for your people.
Raise up worthy ministers for your altars and arden but gentle servants of the gospel.
Father, I ask that you remove all doubt from his path, and allow this young man to follow your will.

Praying for strength for you friend and understanding from his family.
 
Praying for your friend that all difficulties on his journey into the priesthood will become a “straight path”…
