Try fasting. If you’re not able to fast for an entire day, then just fast for half of a day. When your stomach is empty, it’s much more difficult to concentrate on lust. When you’re fasting, your mind is already focused on the hunger pains, so your mind isn’t able to focus on lust.
I don’t fast often, but when I do, I always see God diminishing those lustful thoughts that I was battling. Fasting is an underrated practice, in my opinion. We ought to revive it.
Anyways, I could go on and on about fasting, but I will just get to the prayer. I pray that the Lord helps you fight lustful thoughts and that He opens your heart to fasting. Amen.

Please grant, Lord, through the prayers of this pure youthful martyr, relief and consolation to all suffering such trials, and especially those for Joe1.
We beg you, Lord, to hear the prayers of St. Dymphna on his behalf. Grant all those for whom we pray patience in their sufferings and resignation to your divine will. Please fill them with hope, and grant them the relief and cure they so desire.
