Dear Father,

As I can forgive all others, no matter what, I pray that all people can do the same. Please Holy Spirit, touch all people and help them to forgive others, no matter what has been done.
Grant this Oh Lord, through your one and only Son, the Lord Jesus Christ who reigns and lives with you and in unity with the Holly Spirit, for ever and ever. Amen.

Prayer to Sts. Nazarius and Celsus

Saint Nazarius and Saint Celsus, not very much is known of your lives, other than you were both martyred for the faith by Emperor Nero. St. Ambrose discovered your relics and a vial of your blood. Many miracles were wrought by appeal to both of you. One of the legends surrounding the two of you was that St. Nazarius’ mother was Saint Perpetua, that beautiful and steadfast saint who was herself martyred years before. It was said Saint Celsus was a companion of Nazarius.
Having both of you as an early example of courage, loyalty, and perseverance to the end, please pray that we may likewise obtain those virtues. Intercede and plead for us to God, that He may have mercy on our weaknesses, and give us an abundance of grace because of them. May we be willing to even shed our blood for the Faith if Christ asks it of us. I also ask you to hear and succor the petitions laid before you this day.
Pray for us, Saints Nazarius and Celsus!
