A young man named Earl on a website seems to target Christians with mocking and sneering remarks. He often tells lies about his identity in an effort to create a positive self-image to a secular crowd on the website, and he tries to turn moderators against certain Christians. I think he has large anger problems.
Please pray for Earl.
Lord, calm me and the other Christians on the site down so that we can turn the other cheek in Earl’s presence and be true witnesses for Christ. Please grant us peace and grant him peace. Bless Earl with forgiveness and grace, forgiving him and changing him so that he can forgive others. Treat him please with grace and let grace guide his footsteps. Let your Holy Spirit calm his burning heart. Lead him beside cool waters.
Consume him with joy. Fill him with love. Bless him with righteousness and greatness of spirit. Fill him with peace and guide him through quiet valleys.
Draw him tight to your bosom in spite of his fists and knives. Please cleanse him completely and fill him with grace. Help us to show him love.
Forgive me for my own sins of being unloving toward him in the past. Help all the Christians on this site to be witnesses of Christ to him, and great King, fashion in him a fabulous design, a tapestry intended for eternity.
Bless him, Lord, and bless him abundantly. Fill him with kindness and generosity. Remove all that is vile in him and pour out into him the fullness of the bounty of your kingdom.
