UPDATE.

God bless you dear Teresa , and my other dear friends for your loving concern and all your prayers for me ; I thank you all most gratefully . On Tuesday , I recommence a series of 4 weeky acupuncture treatments at our local hospital , and which will , God willing , impact on my lumbar pain due principally to 3 herniated discs .My dear friends , may God bless you all abundantly, I hold you and your intentions in my thoughts and prayers. Natalie x
