You know my friend Natalie so much better than I do. You know her sickness and the burden she carries. You also know her heart. Lord, I ask you to be with my friend now, working in her life. Let your will be done in my friend’s life. If there is a sin that needs to be confessed and forgiven, Lord, please help her to see her need and confess. Lord, I pray for my friend because your Word says I should pray for her healing. I believe you hear this earnest prayer from my heart and that it is powerful because of your promise. I have faith in you to heal my friend, but I also trust in the plan you have for her life. Lord, I don’t always understand your ways, and why my friend has to suffer, but I trust you. UPDATE : Dear friends , HOME AT LAST ! I have been discharged , together with a bag of various medications . It would appear that my condition has been stabilised , and whilst the cause of my pain has been established , it has not altogether been eradicated .
Since there are 2, possibly 3 prolapsed discs affecting both my back and left leg ,I have not yet been advised whether surgery may be necessary.I am scheduled to have a bone scan this next week . It was so comforting and uplifting, especially at night in the darkness of the ward , to be aware of your loving prayers , my dear friends , and to feel God’s presence .Sometimes however , it was the cries of other ladies in the ward reminding me to offer up my prayers for them in their pain.I will let you know of my progress and also keep your needs in my prayers .God Bless you all my dear friends .

UPDATE ;

Dearest Teresa , Maggie and Mary , thank you with all my heart for your most loving prayers . God in His Mercy and Love answered them , and helped me through the day . The tests and scans were not as frightening as I had been lead to believe and nor were they painful , although quite protracted and tiring .I shall have to wait for a couple of weeks for the results . The tests seemed to concentrate on the lumbar and spinal areas .The tests took place in the Dept of Nuclear Medicine and whilst there I was injected with radioactive material . I was advised that I should not go through any airport metal detector … Huh!!. The medications I am taking have eased the pain slightly although I still have some difficulty in walking , But I thank God and all of you , my dear friends for your prayers . May Our Heavenly Father pour His abundant Blessings on you all and grant all your personal prayers , petitions and needs .

Natalie this is such good news God is indeed good.Im so pleased yesterday is over and just to wait for the results now.I do hope the pain will seriously decrease and the results help determine further action on behalf of your doctors.

Thankyou Lord for helping Natalie get through yesterday Amen

Dear Lord,
You know my friend Natalie so much better than I do. You know her sickness and the burden she carries. You also know her heart. Lord, I ask you to be with my friend now, working in her life. Let your will be done in my friend’s life. If there is a sin that needs to be confessed and forgiven, Lord, please help her to see her need and confess. Lord, I pray for my friend because your Word says I should pray for her healing. I believe you hear this earnest prayer from my heart and that it is powerful because of your promise. I have faith in you to heal my friend, but I also trust in the plan you have for her life. Lord, I don’t always understand your ways, and why my friend has to suffer, but I trust you. I ask that you look with mercy and grace toward my friend. Nourish her spirit and soul in this time of suffering and comfort her with your presence. Let my friend know you are there with her through this difficulty. And may you be glorified in her life and also in mine.

Holy God, we praise you for your love for us, for sending us Jesus your Son, and for giving us Mary as our mother of perpetual help.
We thank you for these signs of your love, and we ask you to lead us by your Spirit, so that we may continue to live as your holy people.
We praise you for your unending strength and support. With the help of Mary’s prayers, may we always be open to recognize your hand in the events of our life and to accept your constant gift of grace. We ask you to please continue to pray for Natalie to be healed from this pain and that the doctors will treat her according to Gods will.
Loving God, we ask this prayer through Jesus Christ, our brother and our Lord, in the love of your Holy Spirit, one God, now and always and for ever.
