my niece who is morbidly overweight and in danger of having some severe health problems.

Jesus I ask Your grace and wisdom for thiswoman who is not coping with some issues in her life well and whose self-esteem is most likely not healthy. Please help her to find ways to cope with these difficulties and their consequences in her life, so that she moves towards purpose and health.
 
I pray for the choice of life and good health. I pray for the choice of living long for family and service. I pray for discipline and love of one’s self. God Bless you, CB
