Any other cowards out there? I guess I came from a very super protective family and, as a result, I have lots of fears - lots of them.
You name it and I’m “afeared” of it. Heights, flying, driving (have a license but am terrified about traffic in the city) many social situations, many health worries, etc.
Yuck!
Other than praying for my dear parents (RIP) and family and friends and pets I am going to pray for courage so I can better face the ups and downs of life.’
Thanks for reading1

Pray for wisdom first.

True courage comes from divine wisdom which is a gift from God.

Excessive fears or phobias are part of an anxiety disorder, many of which can be treated nutritionally by amino acids such as 5 http and tryptophane. Some counseling can help. The good thing is if you treat one phobia, many of the others can disappear, especially if they are from an imbalance of body chemistry.

I did not realize that my entire family suffered from anxiety and that each of us took on different characteristics of the disorder. Now I can see the light.

By the way, there are driving programs and occupational therapists who offer training strategies on how to minimize driving anxiety.

Pray for the courage. The answers are out there.

God bless you.
