Please pray for D, the husband of a first cousin once removed. He’s in his early 70s I would guess, and is having surgery tomorrow to remove a malignant tumor. Ask for the interception of St. Peregrine. He and his wife are both Catholics, but they are civilly married only since she is divorced. I know for sure that she respects the Church and refrains from receiving Communion because of this. (I don’t know about him.) I often pray for them as it is, due to their situation, and especially now that he has cancer, please join me in praying that God has mercy on both of them. Thank you, and God bless.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Thou expirest Jesus, but the source of life gushed forth for souls, and the ocean of mercy opened up for the whole world. O Fount of Life, unfathomable Divine Mercy, envelop the whole world and empty Thyself out upon us.
Our Father…
Hail Mary…
I believe in God…
Eternal Father, I offer Thee the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity, of Thy dearly beloved Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.
For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion — inexhaustible, look kindly upon us and increase Thy Mercy in us, that in difficult moments we might not despair nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Thy holy will, which is Love and Mercy itself.
