No, it is old news but there still is no resolution so it is ongoing. Unfortunately, there have also been a few other priests that have met the same fate more recently.

I am hoping that the Bishop is just acting in error and misjudgment rather than actually being an agent of Satan.
 
well, I will take back the agent of satan comment but I am curious to why a bishop would act like this
