Please join in my prayer of thanksgiving for Karl Keating and everything he has done as founder and president of Catholic Answers. Pray that God will guide Mr. Keating in his future endeavors, and that Christopher Check will listen to God’s voice as he leads this apostolate into the future.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

†

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

†

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

I thank our Lord who has guided Karl through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, to found and nurture Catholic Answers. I have been blessed since 1997 (when I converted) and without a doubt, it’s this radio apostolate that has continued to help me grow in faith, and help defend it. I am so grateful that Mr. Keating was obedient to the promptings of the Holy Spirit, because through his works, thousands have come home to the Mother Church, returned, or even began their journey of a vocation. I know for a fact that a close friend of mine, who lived a pretty wild same/sex lifestyle, is now a faithful fired up Catholic, who constantly uses Catholic Answers to defend his faith to all detractors.

Lord God, continue to bless and keep Mr. Keating healthy, and strong in faith and compassion.
