Pray for me -- disease and temptations

Please pray for me. All kinds of problems in my life. Plus I am consideribg converting to Catholic but im not sure if it is the right thing to do. Please pray that God guide me.

I pray that the Lord God grants you the graces you need. May He protect, guard, and guide you in all that you do. I pray that He grants you wisdom so that you may discern His plan for your life and give you the strength and the fortitude to do what is right. May He enable you to find solutions to your problems, lead you to people who can assist you, and show you the wonders and beauty of our Catholic faith. Amen.
 
You could always attend Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) sessions at the Catholic Church nearest you to learn more about Jesus, Church teachings, and Catholicism in general.

Attending RCIA sessions is not viewed as making a conversion to Catholicism; it’s viewed as entering into a period of learning and inquiry.

nightrider. Most RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) classes begin mid-late September, and people are usually allowed to join a few weeks late. Contact your local parish and they’ll give you proper direction to get involved.
As a previous poster already pointed out, RCIA is not a commitment to become Catholic, but a time of inquiry, and required if by Easter then you do decide to become Catholic (you’d probably be confirmed on Easter).

Appropriate prayer for today (Sept 29th), the Feast Day in the Catholic Church in honor of the Archangels Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael.

**Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.

Lord, grant the grace of wisdom to nightrider, and the gift of discernment. Grand nightrider sound health in body and spirit. Send ministering angels to aid in this cause. Mary, pray with us. Amen. :gopray2:

Satan relishes driving a wedge whenever possible, particularly in the lives of those who are considering converting. Pray, read, study privately, participate in RCIA classes, share your questions, hopes and dreams here on CAF, attend Mass as often as possible, just pray and think before the Tabernacle–you’ll have your answers as time passes; just persevere. May God richly bless you and the angels hover over you.
