I empathize with you. Please say this whenever you have that inclination “Jesus Help Me” repeat it several times. Call on him, Praise Him, Glorify Him. It’ll take a lot of effort from the Grace already given to you by our knowledge of our Lord who came to take away the sin of the World.

Praying for your intention. Reccomend for you the rosary daily and going to the Sacrament of Reconciliation regularly. Also, to educate yourself about the Catholic understanding of the body and sexuality. In addition, I will just say I have heard it said that God punishes us by allowing us to continue to sin and become addicted to those sins. We become slaves to them. And when we allow these things to have power over us, we are no longer free, free to be the person God created us to be.
And, specifically when it comes to pornography and such things, a man may look at such things out of curiosity, but he stays because he becomes addicted. Yet, he can never be content because the image he looked at yesterday becomes dull to him today, so he has to seek out different and more explicit material, because it never satisfies him. And if he continues on that road will eventually find himself doing things he never would have wanted, trying to feed his lust for more. But, he can never satisfy his need because he is not satisfying it with the right thing. Underneath his desires is the right desire for intimacy, to know another person intimately. And his problem isn’t that he is seeing too much, but that he isn’t seeing enough. He is only looking at one aspect of a person, their sexuality. He never really sees the whole person. That is what he is missing. For that you need to have Christian community where you can have relationships with people that you pray with and get to know. Jesus loves you and I am Praying for you.

I acknowledge that I have given in to fleshly lusts, in the form of pornography and masturbation, that wages war against my soul. I thank You that in Christ my sins are forgiven, but I have transgressed Your holy law and given the enemy an opportunity to wage war in my members. I come before Your presence to acknowledge these sins and to seek Your cleansing that I may be freed from the bondage of sin.
