I can’t go in to many details yet but if everyone could please pray for the St. Michael’s College community in Colchester, Vermont, tonight, that would be greatly appreciated. Once the school has released more, I’ll go into more details, but our student body is very shaken right now and we could all use some prayers…

Thanks

Praying for your intentions….

Lord Jesus, You have said,
“Learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart.”
With confidence in Your loving heart
which offers rest to weary souls,
we come to You in this time of special need.
In Your unfailing love,
read the prayer that is written on our hearts,
and grant the grace that we ask of You,
in accordance with Your holy will.
In Your name we pray.
Amen.

Remember, O most loving Virgin Mary,
that never was it known,
that anyone who fled to your protection,
implored your help, or sought your intercession,
was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence,
though burdened by my sins,
I fly to you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother.
To you I come, before you I stand,
sinful and sorrowful.
O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
despise not my petitions, but in your mercy,
hear and answer me.
Amen.

Mother Mary, I recommend to you the St. Michael’s College community. Please intercede for them and help them to get through this difficult time. Thank you, my Mother!

Thanks everyone… It’s now public info so I can post what’s going on. A freshman committed suicide late last night… we’re a 2000 student school so the shockwaves have hit everyone…

So on top of my college, please pray for the repose of the soul of the young man.

Lord, strengthen your servants at St. Michael’s College and have mercy on them!

With the souls of the righteous departed, give rest to Thy servant O Savior, preserving him in the blessed life which is with Thee Who lovest mankind. In the place of Thy rest, O Lord, where all Thy saints repose, give rest to the soul of Thy servant for Thou only lovest mankind. Glory to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit. Thou art the God Who descended into hell and loosed the bonds of the captives, give rest to the soul of Thy servant. Now and ever and unto the ages of ages. Amen. O Virgin alone pure and blameless who didst bear God without seed, intercede that the soul of Thy servant may be saved!

Father our, Who are in Heaven,

sanctificetur nomen tuum:
may be sanctified name Your:

Adveniat regnum tuum:
May come reign Your:

Fiat voluntas tua sicut in cælo,
may be done will Your just as in heaven,

et in terra. Panem nostrum quotidianum

da nobis hodie:
give to us today:

Et dimitte nobis debita nostra,
And forgive us debts our,

sicut et nos dimittimus debitoribus nostris.
just as we forgive debtors our.

Et ne nos inducas in tentationem.
And do not us lead into temptation.

Sed libera nos a malo. Amen.
But free us from evil. Amen.
