Pray for my Crucifix

I used to have the most wonderful gold crucifix and a St. christopher medal that hung on the same chain. I volunteered at Hospice and an elderly woman (on her deathbed) admired it so I took it off and gave it to her. Now…after MANY months of searching, I start a new job on Monday. As I mentioned in another post, on the interview they told me they weren’t “particularly religious” and they shut down early on Friday to drink and play music. That is just not my thing. Although I know God is placing me here for a reason (it is the exact work I’ve always done)…Anyway, I have been searching for a replacement crucifix/St.Christopher medal that I can afford. I live in Orlando and went to the Abbey ($40) and the Shrine ($300)…WOW…way over my budget…Please pray that God will lead me to the right place so I can wear these every day to work. I hope it doesn’t sound silly to ask for this by way of prayer. But I really need these for my new job…Blessings alll.
 
Nothing is too silly to ask God. We are His Children and He loves us. He thinks it is great when we come to Him with things. I will be praying for the Holy Spirit to direct you to the perfect Crucifix that will fit your purpose. Amen.

God Has ANSWERED MY PRAYERS. Praise God in His glory. I went to Walmart today and found what I was looking for $100. THEN I went to Ross and found the exact same thing for $35. Took the first one back to Walmart. I have the most beautiful Crucifix and Blessed Mother medallion to wear together. All I have to do now is get a chain…THANK YOU. Another small miracle that makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE.

God bless you, wear them with pride. I like it when I see people wearing religious items. Secularists are trying to dominate the country and I see this as a way of fighting back!

Praise the Lord! Whatever tool we can use to proclaim the gospel of the Lord, is very important. Specially today, when the Vatican announces that there are now more muslims in the world than catholics. We are all children of God, but the gospel asks for all to be One Church and that is the one Jesus founded in the apostles.

Saint Christopher bless and protect the catholic church!!!
 
A different post says you received what you asked for. MAkes me think when all else fails “go to walmart”

or when all else fails “ask God”
 
Amen, Amen, I say to you, Trust and place all your Faith in God. He hears our prayers and answers them although not always as WE would like to have them answered. I love and thank God for my crucifix…I wear it proudly and will have it blessed by Father next Sunday. Thank you all, God blessings upon each of you

Dear Friends in Christ, I thank each of you for your prayers. My crucifix is my safety net, along with my holy water. When things get tough, I use the Holy Water to bless myself (thanks to a fellow sister in Christ)…God Bless each of you.
