Pray for my Dad

My Dad’s health has been diminishing over the last couple of years due to liver cancer and alzheimers. Over the weekend my Mom had to place Dad in the hospital he woke up and he didn’t even know who she was. The doctor told my mom that he only has about 1 month left to live. Due to him requiring 24 hour care the doctor placed him into a nursing home. I will be heading over to my parents house tomorrow and staying there a few days to help Mom out and then going back on Friday for a few weeks there after.

If you can please send a few prayers my way and my parents way.

Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,

My mother had alzheimers for twenty years so I know how difficult this not only for the person but for the family members. My sister died of liver cancer so I know this is a difficult medical reality also. I will pray for your father and your family and ask my mother and sister in heaven to pray as well. Susie

I’m sad for you and your Mom. It is so sad for you both.
Even if you know it won’t be long it’s still a shock to see your Dad and his memory deteriorating before your Mom’s and your eyes.

I ask You, Lord, to help this family cope during this month and the months to come. Please give them strength and help them to comfort each other in their sadness and loss.

Praying very hard for your family. My mother had Alzheimers for 10 years and it was very difficult for all of us.
