My faithful friends, an update:

It has been almost a year since I began this thread. My daughter is now in her senior year of college. She began a couple of weeks ago, and is happy with her classes. Although I know she still has a place in her heart for her ex, I think that she is in a much better place because of all the prayers that you have all so graciously offered for her. I believe she is ready to move on now. She is not so sad anymore and seems to be more like her old self. She is enthusiastic about her living arrangements and her work and of course her studies. She is glad to be back in class after the summer off.

Because of this improvement, it is okay to discontinue this thread. If you would pray one final prayer for her success, and then, please devote your prayers to others who need it more.

Again, thank you all so much. You are the reason that we were both able to get through this. Knowing that you had our backs was a tremendous help. I will never forget everyone, and ask that you contact me if ever you need prayer. God bless you!
