Pray for my friend

Please pray for my close friend, Sam, he committed suicide and was not catholic but I hope and pray God will have mercy on him.

Also pray for my other friend Alistair who is extremely depressed and not catholic (unrelated reasons), but at this time of grief my concern for him is heightened.

Praying that Sam will rest in peace. We entrust Sam to our ever loving, merciful and forgiving God. I am sorry he felt such despair.

I will pray that Alistair will seek medical treatment and or therapy as needed for extreme depression. That would be so important.

I certainly understand your heightened concerned Given Sam’s suicide Hopefully things will work out better for Alistair.

At the moment of his death please send Your Holy Spirit to enlighten and heal Sam’s soul;
and please lead Alistair to experience of Your love and knowledge of Your truth

Thank you everyone for your beautiful prayers, it was quite healing to read the responses, my friend who is still with me seems to want to get better now, praise the Lord 🙂 and God bless you all x
