Pray for My Marriage

Please pray that my husband will see the effort I am making to regain his trust (I am a recovering alcoholic) and make ammends for the pain I have caused him. I love him and my life will not be complete if he leaves me as he says he is thinking of doing. My heart is broken that he is willing to give up on our life together (32 years of marriage, 4 wonderful children, and 3 grandchildren). I pray that he remembers the good things in our life and that he can find forgiveness in his heart. Thank you all.
 
Unite yourself to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass being celebrated throughout the world and pray to the Lord, and united your sufferings with the sufferings of Jesus on the Cross and then offer them to the same Lord: for by this your prayers and offering will become powerful before God.
 
Heavenly Father, please grant new life to this marriage.
Please revive this man’s love and trust for his wife. Please help them both to handle their marriage difficulties kindly and wisely.Please give this wife the grace and will to overcome her alcoholism, and give practical love to her husband and her family.

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence submit ourselves to Your holy will, which is love and mercy itself
