I am being called to enter a cloistered or semi cloistered Monastery, unfortunately I have me age and a history of depression against me . Please pray that the Holy Spirit will guide me in the right direction. This intense yearning is becoming painful. So pray for a direction for me soon, but I can bear all things for Christ who bore so much for me.

Have just said a Rosary for you, and will add you to my prayers each night along with my children and close friends. Thank you for asking. Be still, and be patient.

Saint Rita pray for her, along with the saints that helped you get into the convent.

Jesus, I ask Your healing for Marilyn,
and may Your will, Your loving dream for her and others through her be fulfilled.
Bless you, Trishie 🙂

When I pray later tonight, I will ask God to give you direction soon so that you may be able to carry out what you have been called to do. I will also pray for you at mass tomorrow.

Praying for you to have guidance from the Holy Spirit!
God Bless,
Pam

Lord of the Powers be with us, for in times of distress we have no other help but You.
Lord of the Powers, have mercy on us.

Thanks for all who have been praying for me. I am praying for you all also, even tho I don’t know what you need, want, or desire, I just ask the Holy Spirit to guide you, and for you Guardian Angel to keep watch over you and yours.

Even if I do not become a Nun, I know that the Lord will have something just as exciting in my life.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with Thee. Blessed are thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

I have been saying the Devine Mercy Prayer at least once a day. Here’s praying, I will shut my mind up long enough to here his plan.:signofcross:

Marilyn, praying for you through the power of the Holy Spirit to find your vocation and peace…

I know exactly how you feel. I too have a mental health history and need to take medication for the rest of my life. And all the symptoms are managed under the meds and I’m completely normal. However, I have an intense longing in my soul for the Lord and a call to a deep intimacy with Him deep within my heart. His love draws me to the quiet of my heart where I spend time with Him. The love that I feel sometimes is an ocean of love and longing in my soul and I know that He’s calling me to be a nun.

Let’s keep on following what we believe to be God’s Will and pray that He’ll speak to our hearts and help us through grace to keep in step with the desires of His Heart. Let nothing disturb our peace. And if we are not accepted, we can only offer our efforts and humiliations and continue to live in the peace of “His Will be done”. I can not imagine us living for the rest of our lives with this longing and restlessness that we can not rest until His Will is accomplished that we become a nun, but if we do… we can keep on loving Him with a fervent, sincere love and offer it up in reparation for those times when we or others have fed Him ingratitude or coldness.

Peace be with you. I’ll pray for you.
May He hold you in His most tender Heart and console you with His love and peace,
Praised be Jesus Christ now and forever,
MyGoodShepherd

Your intentions will be in my prayers.***

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible, look kindly upon us, and increase Your mercy in us, so that in difficult moments we might not despair, nor become despondent, but with great confidence, submit ourselves to Your Holy Will, which is Love and Mercy itself. Amen
