Pray for our Troops

We found out last week that my brother is going to Iraq. He’s a medic and will be taking care of those that are injured. Please pray for the safety of all and that the Holy Spirit will work within my brother and the other medics to help them heal the broken. Pray that those who cannot be healed, have a priest by their side to give them the annointing of the sick. Please continue to pray for our troops. It’s been almost 7 years, yet we cannot forget. Pray for peace, the safety of people of each nation, and that our men and women come home safe in body and spirit. Please pray for their families who await word of their sons, daughters, fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, cousins, ect. This is still going on. :gopray2: Pray for them. O God, I beseech You, watch over those exposed to the horror of war, and the spiritual dangers of a soldier’s or sailor’s life.
Give them such a strong faith that no human respect may ever lead them to deny it, nor fear ever to practice it. By Your grace, O God, fortify them against the contagion of bad example, that being preserved from vice, and serving You faithfully, they may be ready to meet you face to face when they are so called:
through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
Sacred Heart! Inspire them with sorrow for sin, and grant them pardon.
Mother of God! Be with them on the battlefield during life and at the hour of death, and grant that they may live and die in the grace of thy Son.
Amen.
St. Joseph!
Pray for them.
May their Guardian Angel protect them.
Amen.

Lord, please take care of my brother. Please protect and guide him and accompany him while he does his job. Please protect all our brothers and sisters overseas. Thank you Father. In Jesus’s name we pray. Amen.
 
Dani, may God answer all those aspects of your prayer for your brother and all who serve. How could God resist such loving, beautiful and heartfelt prayer from a sister’s heart!

Praying for your Brother.

I paraise God for him and all of our troops.
 
Christ has no body now on earth but ours: no hands but ours: not feet but ours. Ours are the eyes through which must look out Christ’s compassion on the world. Ours are the feet with which He is to go about doing good. Ours are the hands with which he is to bless mankind now.

Jesus be with all our men and women fighting for a better world in the middle east. Send your Spirit upon them, keep them safe from all harm and help them as they struggle to bring the light of your Kingdom of Love to those so far from home. Amen

In your loving care we take refuge, O holy Mother of God.
Do not disregard our prayers in the time of our need;
But in every danger set us free,
O glorious and blessed Virgin. Amen
 
Our Lady of Victory intercede for the protection of Dani’s brother and all who serve our country.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that any one who fled to Thy protection, implored Thy help, and sought Thy intercession, was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto Thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To Thee I come; before Thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate! despise not my petitions, but in Thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Praying for your brother and all our heroes serving their country.
 
My prayers will be offered up for your brother and all who serve our country in Iraq, please pray for my son who has been there for 3 months, I pray that God will send someone to him while he is there, to bring him back to the church. I am afraid something will happen to him and he won’t ask for a priest or for forgiveness of his sins. God bless our troops.

I pray daily for the safety of our troops and first responders! God bless them all.
 
I know how hard it is in Iraq and also on the family I will pray for your brother. I pray everyday for all of my family in Iraq. I also pray that it will end soon.
