Pray for peaceful resolution at work

I said a small prayer before I did this, but I have just sent an anonymous letter to one of our higher-ups about some issues and that some of my co-workers and I have had about office conduct lately.

We have all complained to our supervisor, but he has not addressed the situation. We have all tried to gently address the 2 main people involved time and time again to no avail. I really do not want anyone to get in trouble, but it has become a real distraction to many people in the office and dealing with these 2 has become a real burden - otherwise, we all get along pretty well.

Just praying for a peaceful resolution to all of this. I am just paranoid that someone will find out that I sent the letter and be hurt or something.

In an office where I worked formerly, there was a certain person who swore like a sailor. Someone in the office, not me, finally wrote an anonymous letter about it. Result: The person was talked to and stopped swearing. The anonymous letter writer was not discovered. People suspected me, since I was openly Catholic. Oh well. At least the workplace environment was cleaned up a bit.

Lord, I pray that this problem at work gets taken care of and that nobody takes offense, but understands exactly what the problem is about and why it should be resolved. Help JLCecelia to keep her peace of mind and not worry about having done the right thing. Amen.

Jesus please let the problems be resolved without anyone being harmed, and without discovery of this person’s part in reporting the problems. Please help the offenders to grow out of this, and let peace be restored to this workplace.

Jesus please help LJCecilia with all her difficulties and needs.
