Pray for Sharon Tate

Since today many, especially the media, and even posters on here, will be talking about the man who took this beautiful young woman’s life, let’s remember and pray for Sharon Tate (although she’s probably in Heaven-- obviously can’t be sure of that).

Everyone who knew her unanimously always comments on her gentleness and kind heart, not just her extraordinary beauty. She was poised to be the next Marilyn Monroe. She had everything ahead of her, but she was most excited about becoming a mother. Then one day a horrible man and his mindless followers decided she shouldn’t be here anymore. Anything she achieved in life was taken from her, and now, her name is hardly mentioned without context of that horrible man.

This is not right.

To rectify that, let’s remember her today. Let us pray for her soul, for her family, her child, and her friends whose lives were also taken that horrible weekend in August 1969.
 
Oh Lord please bless this woman, and welcome her in your kingdom of heaven.
 
Praying for all of the victims who lost their lives that horiffic weekend.

I posted on a prayer thread. There were, unfortunately, many more people than Sharon Tate. I’m not posting a link to my post, because I do mention C.M.

Sharon Tate, her unborn child, Wojciech Frykowski,
Abigail Folger, Jay Sebring, Steven Parent, Rosemary
LaBianco, LenoLaBianco, Gary Hinman, Donald Shea,
and others unlisted.

And families and friends left behind.
 
Hi, you’re absolutely right, the other victims need to be prayed for too. This thread isn’t to take away from them, they need to be prayed for as well.

The reason Sharon Tate is the victim people associate the most with this crime is, not only was she the most famous in life, but she was also a heavily pregnant mother to be. I know everyone’s life matters equally but there is something especially horrific about her death.

Let us pray for Abigail Folger, Voytek Frykowski, Jay Sebring, Steven Parent, Paul Richard Polanski, Leno and Rosemary LaBianca, and Gary Hinman.

She was so beautiful. She radiated goodness. You could feel her excitement. I am sure her goodness radiates in Heaven. Praying for Sharon, the Folgers the Labiancas and all the other victims, families and friends.
