Pray for the President?

I’ve read many articles regarding prayers for President Obama, but can’t locate any prayers on Catholic websites (they’ve all been posted on Protestant sites.) The prayers I’ve read have cited scripture, although I’m not sure the interpretation is correct. Can anyone please advise regarding prayers for the President and supply backing scripture? Thank you.
 
First of all, then, I ask that supplications, prayers, petitions, and thanksgivings be offered for everyone, for kings and for all in authority, that we may lead a quiet and tranquil life in all devotion and dignity. This is good and pleasing to God our savior, who wills everyone to be saved and to come to knowledge of the truth.
