I have recently found out that a relation (in law) is going blind.

It truly will be life changing for him as he is so active and drives a lot.He is currently at the stage where he can’t drive and is only able to see probably about 25% now.

He is 61 years old and finding it very difficult to accept.

Please Pray for him and his family (Wife. 2, sons 3,grandaughters).
 
Prayers said for this man that he may come to acceptance of this situation with the Lord’s help and maintain as independent as possible. Prayers for his family as well for their intentions.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal MickeyUK’s relatives (in-law) You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into MickeyUK’s relatives (in-law)'s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen
 
Prayer to St. Anthony, Restorer of the Blind

Dear Saint Anthony, you recall the Gospel episode about the blind man who, partly healed, could see men “looking like walking trees.” After a second laying-on of Jesus’s hands, he could see perfectly. Saint Anthony, Restorer of Sight to the Blind, please sharpen my spiritual vision. May I see people, not as trees or numbers, but as sons and daughters of the Most High. Help me in my pressing needs. Amen.
