Pray for Those Who Are Exploited & Oppressed

In the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
God of forgiveness,
Your good deeds cannot be outdone; Your mercy is widely known. We pray this Easter season for people everywhere who are on the run—especially the children. Grant that they may find rest, shelter, protection and sufficient food and water. Grant that, throughout all the days of their lives, they may grow in love for You and for their fellows.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
 
God of love,
You raised Your Son Jesus Christ from the dead! We want to thank you with joy and gratitude for the gift of our lives. We ask that during the season of Easter we become ever more aware of what our task in the world is. We pray for all those who hunger for Your Message of freedom. Grant that we may proclaim Your Word of freedom and love to all our fellow men and women.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
 
In the poor stable of Bethlehem, Jesus,
You were born of Mary, Virgin and Mother.
In Bethlehem, as Emmanuel, God-with-us,
You revealed Yourself to shepherds and to Kings.
In Bethlehem the angels sang, promising peace,
A peace the world cannot give.
Jesus, our Lord and our Brother, we praise You and we thank You,
For today Bethlehem is the beacon which enlightens our path.
Teach us to discover Your Face
In those who suffer and face discrimination
And in those who are persecuted for their faith in You and Your Church.
In Your Name, we wish to console and serve them.
Use us to establish Your Kingdom of truth, justice and mercy.
Lead us, with Mary and Joseph, towards a new Bethlehem
Of pardon, peace and joyful hope.

St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
 
Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,

Lord, please grant these victims the strength to persevere through these most heinous crimes against our humanity. Let them find the strength to seek help and prayer. Please, Lord, I fuse the perpetrators heart with empathy for their victims and chose the way of The Lord instead of mans way.

These are probably the poorest of the poor in spirit, so God help them and help us to end such evils.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
